I had an outer body experience yesterday. We were at Where The Action Is and saw Brandon Flowers perform, playing a couple of his new songs, amongst them the two fantastic Only The Young and Crossfire.

He then played the old The Killers hit Read My Mind which was a favourite for a long time. And I remember saying; "what if he would play Mr Brightside in Lu Conte style..." As If, I thought to myself. So when the intro came on I think I almost lost my mind. Absolutely felt like a 14-year old again. But it was a special moment. I´ve really kept that song with me for a long time. And now heard it live. The circle is complete and I will die a happy girl.
